e-Mandate Reprocessing

Dear Partner,

Greetings !!

As per earlier communication, many eMandates have been rejected by various destination banks with reason "ESIGN corrupted or tempered".

The issue has been sorted out. However unlike physical mandate we cannot re-process eMandate once rejected by Destination bank. Hence in order to avoid submitting physical hand-written mandate from client, a fresh eMandate will be taken from client.

We will send an email to all such clients requesting them to re-submit e-Mandate by mode of Aadhar eSign.
(email is schedule for June 27, 2018)

Below important points to be taken care for reprocessing eMandates:

  • Separate link for both NJ and BSE eMandate will be mailed on client registered e-mail ID.
  • Client should eSign the same (OTP/Biometric) on or before June 30, 2018.
  • Link will be sent only to those clients whose eMandate is rejected due to "ESIGN corrupted or tempered".
  • All details of the mandate will remain same as provided earlier.
  • Subject line of the email will be "Resubmission of eMandate for your NJ E-Wealth Account with NJ India Invest"

The List of Client will be shared separately with the respective partners on their registered email id.

You are requested to inform your clients, so they can click on the link & execute the eMandate immediately.
